Description
A British army, 1805 pattern, regulation, ordinance marked flintlock Baker rifle. The rifle of 46 inches overall with a 29 inch sighted Damascus twist barrel, with seven groove rifling, .625 cal. The walnut full stock with raised cheek piece is in excellent condition, with brass parch box and regulation mounts. The lock showing Tower GR under Crown and the arrow and crown acceptance stamp is in good working order with a strong main spring. A really fine piece.
