Description
A good British naval lieutenants hanger, circa 1790. Twentynine inches over all, with a twenty four inch heavy curved blade. Brass D shaped knuckle guard with smooth bone grip and lion head pommel. The original leather scabbard shows ware with the stitching missing in places. Nice period piece.
