Description
A good flintlock turn-off cannon barrel pistol by Archer of London. circa 1780. The pistol of 8 inches overall with .4 calibre, 2.5 inch, turn-off three stage cannon barrel. The boxlock action is well engraved Archer and London within banners. The figured walnut bag shape grip with silver grotesque mask butt cap. The action is in good working order with a sliding trigger guard safety.
