Description
A rare 15th century horseman’s pick, or so called because it was one of the favoured weapons of the medieval cavalry. Light weight and easy to handle, this weapon would have been deadly in the right hands. The head is seven inches overall and 1.25 inches at the deepest with a pick width of little more than half an inch. Fitted to a later 31 inch hardwood shaft.
