Description
A good flintlock brass blundebus pistol by Richardson of Manchester, circa 1790. Most likely carried as a carriage pistol. Twelve inches overall with a six and three quarter inch flared barrel, 1.25 inches at the muzzle. 3/4 inch bore. Good working boxlock action with slide safety. The 4.75 inch bayonet, released by a sliding trigger guard. The slab grip of walnut. Good overall condition.
