Description
A good Napoleonic period, officers or service, flintlock bayonet pistol by Wheeler of London. The pistol of regulation 15 inches overall with a 9 inch, .64 calibre barrel. The barrel stamped “LONDON” with proof and military acceptance marks. Housed on the top of the barrel is a 6.5 inch bayonet with spring action. Walnut full stock with brass mounts. The lock is in good working condition and stamped Wheeler. Overall in good condition, minor knocks and ware as would be expected.
