Description
A brace of flintlock livery pistols by Ketland & Co, circa 1790. Full walnut stocks with brass mounts, 15 inches overall with 9.25 inch, 20 bore barrels. Good working signed locks, some ware and minor wood losses as would be expected. Social history of the period, nice to see a pair of pistols that would be originally carried by a gentleman on horse back in saddle holsters.
