Description
A good 1821 pattern light cavalry officers sword by Wilkinson, serial number 35771 sold in 1898 to W C Neilson of the Ayrshire Yeomanry. The 35 inch blade etched with VR cyphers and owners initials etc. Steel 3 bar hilt and sword knot. Steel scabbard with two suspension rings attached to its full dress cavalry belt and slings, in red Morocco leather and gold braid. This comes with research papers.
