Description
A very good 1805 date stamped British flintlock heavy cavalry pistol. This heavy pistol of regulation 15 inches, with a .75 bore, 9 inch barrel. Walnut full stock. The lock is in full working order and shows the TOWER and GR under crown as well as the broad arrow and crown acceptance stamp. The stock is stamped with various regimental and store keepers marks and shows its acceptance date of 1805 under a broad arrow crown. A very good collectors or investors piece from the height of the Napoleonic Wars.
