A very good, cased, late 19th century .23 Tranter rimfire revolver, retailed by Cogswell & Harrison, Strand, London. The revolver of 6 inches overall with a sighted 2,5 inch barrel, brass frame and walnut grips. All in excellent condition and working order. 80% of its original blueing. The .23 is sold as a collectors item and is classed as obsolete calibre. Nice original fitted wooden case with burr walnut lid.
