A good example of a British Yeomanry flintlock pistol, circa 1796. This pistol being a lighter version of the 1796 heavy cavalry pistol. fourteen and a half inches overall with a regulation .65 bore, 9 inch barrel. Full walnut stock with regulation brass mounts and tipped ramrod. A very good strong action with the lock showing the Tower and GR under Crown Stamps as well as the crown and arrow acceptance stamp. Showing some ware as would be expected. An interesting piece.
