Description
A nice early example of a flintlock duelling pistol by Tomlinson of Dublin, circa 1790. fourteen inches overall with a nine inch, sighted, octagonal Damascus barrel. The barrel signed Tomlinson Dublin and the good working lock signed Tomlinson. Full walnut stock with roller frizzen and steel mounts. A very good original piece. There are no Irish registration marks to the barrel meaning this piece was bought or moved to England prior to the enforcement.
