A very fine American civil war period Confederate Kerr revolver.

A superb American civil war period, London arms company single action percussion Kerr revolver. Made between 1859 to 1866, this revolver with serial number 8885 was made mid period. The inside of the wooden grip still shows the anchor and JS ( though the JS is slightly worn). The five shot revolver of eleven inches with a five and a half inch, .54 bore barrel. All markings are crisp as is the action. Never seen a better example. Fine condition and until recently was still on ticket as a registered firearm. This is sold as an antique and collectors item.
